Return & Refund Policy

You may return beauty/skin care products within 14 days of delivery provided they are unopened and in new condition. Heat sensitive and perishable items are not eligible for return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for any order which included free shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping postage.

Beauty/skin care returns are subjected to 15% returns processing fee. Used or opened items are not eligible for return.


We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the returned condition and/or beyond the return period.

* If you return any of the items within the buy 1 get 1 free offer, you must also return the free item or you will be charged for the full price of the free item and refund the adjusted difference.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service representative via Live Chat to obtain an RMA number. Make sure items have not been used or opened.

It may take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. A refund or an in-store credit will be issued.
