Power on controller. Press temp once to turn HEAT on, press TEMP again to initiate temperature adjustment mode. After setting desired temperature press TEMP again. Press the TIME button to initiate time adjustment mode. Set the desired time and press TIME button again to save the setting. Press PEMP button once to turn PEMF on. Press PEMF again to initiate PEMF frequency adjustment mode. Set the desired frequency and press PEMF button again to save setting. Press and hold PEMP button to turn PEMF OFF.  For Photon Light Set press PHOTON button to turn lights on or off. Press and hold time for six seconds to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
